    MY 2011 JEEP LIBERTY ,running in no 2 but not shifting further if speed up engine rpm going to 3000 + .seems to be gear not shifting further , reverse ok . Reprogrammed, TCM NOT COMMUNICATING .Battery voltage 13.2v
